07/21/2023 Senator Ted Cruz: The SCRIPT Act prohibits American government assets from being used in films that censor themselves on behalf of the Chinese Communist Party. This legislation and substantial parts passed in December of last year. Just a few weeks ago, the Pentagon put out the official guidance saying, you’re not getting US assets, things like jets or tanks or ships or helicopters if you allow the CCP to censor your films.
