The SCO is similar to NATO and consists of nations that oppose Western values. Russia has been a key partner for the CCP in establishing a new world order, while the United States is losing its global leadership.

So, if CATL, a company from Fujian, opens a factory in Michigan and receives subsidies from that state, doesn’t it imply that American taxpayers’ money is being used to fund Xi Jinping’s thoughts?
